One standard. Zero shortcuts.
Leihlo Construction has built on a live gold mine, beside critical water infrastructure, inside a multinational’s industrial site, and across residential Secunda.
The standard did not change between them.
Most contractors specialise because they can only meet one standard. We work across mining, municipal, commercial, and residential because we hold the same discipline on all four — the mine’s safety regime, the municipality’s engineering tolerances, the multinational’s documentation, the homeowner’s budget. Here is the work.
On a working gold mine, you don't get a second chance at safety.
Evander Gold Mine — Industrial Security Perimeter
We installed industrial-grade security fencing across an operating gold mine. Every metre was completed under live-site protocol — inductions, access control, and safety sign-off that never paused for a deadline.
A mine will not let an undisciplined contractor through the gate twice. We were invited to do the work, and the perimeter still stands. If we meet a mine’s standard, we will meet yours.
Water infrastructure does not forgive a contractor who guesses.
Charl Cilliers — Pump Station Development
A pump station that fails is not a snag on a list — it is a community without water. We built this one to the engineering tolerances water infrastructure demands, managed as a structured civil project from first excavation to commissioning.
It was built to run, and to keep running. That is the only acceptable outcome in this kind of work.
A multinational checks your paperwork before it checks your welds.
Kal Tire, Secunda — Industrial Works
Contractors who serve clients at this level pass a procurement bar most never see: specification compliance, documentation, and delivery to a fixed timeline with no excuses.
We delivered to spec, on schedule. This project is on the list because the client was satisfied — not because we needed the logo.
A homeowner spends their life savings once. We build like we know that.
Residential Development — Secunda Ext 22
We brought the same discipline that satisfies a mine and a multinational to a residential build — then added the one thing private clients care about most: value. Sound structure, lasting finish, and a budget that held.
The discipline does not get cheaper for a smaller job. It just gets passed on to the owner.
